Public Education Information Management System

Our Purpose

The Public Education Information Management System - encompasses all data requested and received by TEA (Texas Education Agency) about public education, including student demographics, academic performance, personnel, financial, and organizational information. The PEIMS Department believes in implementing the Four Talons by striving to represent honesty and respect in all that we do -- focusing on the needs of our district's students, staff, families and the community.

Our Goals

• Striving to report State and Federal data in a timely manner according to submission due dates.
• Educating ourselves as well as other district and campus staff about changes in the state's standards and laws for the assurance of data quality.
• Entering, collecting, and verifying accurate PEIMS data.
• Collecting, analyzing and submitting data for Performance-Based Monitoring Validations and being proactive to prevent future validation audits.
• Keeping a positive approach by being all that we can be every day, through honesty, fairness, kindness, and service to others.
