Mrs. Layfield, Terry

Welcome to my page!  I am the Teacher of the Visually Impaired for all of the schools in Red Oak ISD.  I have been with the district since August of 2000, and I serve students from birth through graduation.  I count it a blessing to work with my students throughout their pre-school and school years.  Visit my Canvas website for news and more information about upcoming activities.

My husband, Thom, and I enjoy gardening, church, and spending time with our family.  We have three grown daughters, a son-in-law, three grandsons, and a granddaughter.  All of our daughters have attended school in Red Oak, and two of them graduated from ROHS.  Two grandsons attend ROMS, and the toddler is a future Hawk.  Our granddaughter attends college in South Carolina.

Although this year may be unique, I look forward to working with you to meet individual needs and goals.

Office: You may reach me at my office phone 972-617-0066 ext. 3609, by email, or by Zoom if you need assistance.  Please ask for a Passcode if you wish to use Zoom.  My office is located on the West Campus of ROMS.

I hope you stay safe and have a great year!
