ROISD Mobile App

  • Red Oak ISD offers a mobile app, which makes accessing important school information easier than ever before. The app, which is a free download, is available in the App Store and Google Play. When you go to the App Store, just search for Red Oak ISD.

    The app is another tool that will help parents keep track of school events, their student’s grades, lunch account balance, daily bus route updates and more!

  • Which operating systems will support the ROISD mobile app?

    Android 2.2 and higher and iOS 6 and higher will support the app. 

    The Skyward portion of the app is compatible with most mobile devices, including iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows Mobile. It works with most smartphones and tablet devices.

  • The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?

    If you are using an Apple device:

    • Tap on the “Settings” icon.
    • Select “Reset app defaults.” (Note: This will reset all your settings, including your selected feeds.)
    • Hit “Reset.”
    • If that does not work, you may need to uninstall the app and download it again.

    If you are using an Android device:

    • Exit the app and go to your phone settings.
    • Locate the application manager, and find the ROISD mobile app.
    • Tap on the icon.
    • On the next screen, hit “Clear data.”
    • If that does not work, you may need to uninstall the app and download it again.
