After the Bell
Red Oak ISD offers after school care at at each elementary school. Called After the Bell, the program allows students to extend their learning and fun on their home campus.
After the Bell is designed to meet parents' childcare needs during after school hours, as well as provide social, educational, and recreational opportunities for children. State certified and caring child care professionals lead activities such as recreation and fitness, sports, arts and crafts, academic enrichment, homework assistance and more. Character Development is an integral part of our program. The After the Bell Program strives to instill the program's core values of Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Trustworthiness within its participants.
ROISD Childcare is currently working on new procedural guidelines to keep in compliance with the new COVID-19 guidelines as set by the state of Texas Health and Human Services. Information on registration, procedural changes and fees to come.

School Dismissal to 6:00 p.m.
* The child care center coincides with the school district calendar. Also, care will be provided on early release days at no additional cost. The child care center is not open in the summer months.
