Lynn Dockery, a 25-year veteran educator, began her career in Red Oak ISD in 2020. Prior to joining Red Oak, she served as a PK-12 Principal in Milford, Texas for 2 years; prior to that, she spent 19 years in North East ISD in San Antonio, Texas as a PK-5 Principal, Assistant Principal, and teacher.

Lynn received a bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio, a master's degree in Business Administration from The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, and a second master's degree in Educational Leadership from Trinity University in San Antonio.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, she has worked as a Sea World water skier and has also worked for the San Antonio Spurs organization. She and her husband, Chris Spenrath, enjoy snow skiing, hiking, running, staying active, and traveling to new places. Together, they have six boys, many rescue dogs, and live in Waxahachie.
