Executive Director of Education Foundation
Red Oak ISD

I have had the honor of working as the Executive Director of the Red Oak ISD Education Foundation since 2009.   I also serve as district volunteers' coordinator and lead the Community Partner Academy.

I am passionate about education and having a positive influence on children. My husband, John, and I have a love for this community and district, which is why we chose to come back and raise our children in the community that afforded us a great education. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and I spend my spare time with booster clubs, PTSA, and church youth activities.

I graduated from Stephen F. Austin University and have dual teaching certifications in English and Business Administration. After a short time in Virginia, while my husband was in the U.S. Navy, we returned to the Dallas area and I  began my career with American Express. With a desire to get back into the education field, I began volunteering with the Red Oak ISD Education Foundation and began working on a part-time basis for the foundation in 2005.
