Education: Bachelor of Business Management
Bio: Victoria has worked in Student Nutrition for public schools since 2000 and has been with Red Oak ISD since 2014. Prior to joining Red Oak ISD, Victoria worked as Director of Student Nutrition at Whitehouse ISD, and Assistant Director of Student Nutrition at Lufkin ISD. Victoria is also the proud recipient of the 2019-2020 Donald T. Shields Heart of A Champion Award.
Victoria is married, and together with her husband has 6 grandchildren.
