Executive Director of Human Resources

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies from Western Governors University 2012; Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management & Strategy from Western Governors University 2013.

Bio: Catrina Reeves has been in education since 2008.  She joined Red Oak ISD in 2010 and was named Director of Human Resources in 2014.  She moved into the role of Executive Director of Human Resources in 2023.

Catrina has been married to Andy Reeves since 2005, who also works in education.  They have two sons, Luke and Jase.
