Chief Phillip Prasifka

Red Oak ISD
Chief Phillip Prasifka joins Red Oak ISD with over 35 years of law enforcement experience, most recently as the Chief of Police in Robinson, TX, since and 2017 and 18 years as Glenn Heights Chief of Police.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, holds a Master Peace Officer certificate from the TCOLE, is a TCOLE Instructor and a graduate of the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas Leadership Command College. He is a member of the Texas Police Chief’s Association, International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Robinson ISD Safety Committee and previously served on the ROISD Safe School Committee.
Chief Prasifka is committed to building and enriching relationships with the Red Oak ISD community, being a visible part of the community, and serving the community with fairness, transparency, and impartiality.
Chief Prasifka and his wife Annette, who have three children – all ROISD graduates, are proud to be part of the Red Oak Family. Go Hawks!
