Executive Director of Student Services and Fine Arts

Ms. Watts has worked for Red Oak ISD for 27 years.  Most recently as the Executive Director of Student Services and Fine Arts where she is able to support students and staff.  She was formerly a band director, an Assistant Principal at Red Oak Intermediate, the Principal of Red Oak Intermediate and the Principal of Red Oak Middle School.  Ms. Watts works with students, parents and staff in the areas of enrollment, attendance and discipline as well as oversees the DAEP campus and the Fine Arts Department.  Ms. Watts graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Ouachita Baptist University and studied Music Education at the University of Louisville.  She has a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M Commerce and has two children; Julie who is an Elementary Music Teacher in Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD and Drew who is a senior at Red Oak High School.
