Mrs. Rachael Little
Coordinator of Assessment/Accountability & Gifted/Talented

Rachael Little is the coordinator of district assessment and accountability and K-12 Gifted/Talented. Before serving in this role, she was a secondary ELAR/Social Studies curriculum coordinator for two years, a classroom teacher for nine years and an assistant principal for two years. Rachael has served in districts as small as a 1A and as large as a 5A, and she has taught grades 7-12 ELAR. Rachael graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Texas at Arlington and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University. She is married to her amazing husband, Thomas Little, and has a little boy, Grayson. Rachael has a passion for education, students, and teachers, and she is so thankful to have the opportunity to serve the district and all of its stakeholders to the very best of her abilities.
