Student Observer Placement Process

  • Thank you for partnering with Red Oak ISD for your student observation requirements! Please follow these district guidelines for placement:

    • All ROISD student observer placements are processed through the Human Resources Department. Colleges/universities and teacher preparation programs should submit requests for student observation placements to Human Resources. Please complete and submit the online request form. (NOTE: The online form works best using Chrome, Safari or Mozilla/Firefox browser. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer.)
    • After a request is received, the student will be contacted to complete the criminal history form and provide a copy of his/her driver’s license. A background check is required of all student observers.
    • After the background check is complete, the Human Resources Department will provide the student with specific placement information.

     

    *Students should not contact the campus principal or teacher until placement information has been provided by the Human Resources department.
