Hawk Healthy Fitness

  • Greetings Staff,

Since we are once again seeing a decline in the COVID cases, the City of Red Oak has once again opened the Live Oak Fitness Center for your use. Attached are documents needed for you to complete, read and understand before you use the facility.

To gain access you must complete the attached agreement and return it to Jen Spoor, the ROISD Events Coordinator at jennifer.spoor@redoakisd.org.

Once you submit the agreement your application will be processed and you will be contacted when your ID is active to gain access to the facility.

This is the City of Red Oak’s facility and we are GUESTS, if you violate any of their guidelines your badge access will be denied.

Please note due to the sale of the Live Oak site, the fitness center is now part of the City of Red Oak. You will want to review the new guidelines below for using the City of Red Oak Fitness Center. Please note the change in the hours of operation.

The health and wellness of our employees are important! All Red Oak ISD Employees may enjoy free gym access as part of the Hawk Healthy Fitness program. The gym is located at the old Red Oak Junior High Field House between the old ROJH and Acorn on Live Oak Street in Red Oak. Look for a gravel driveway leading to the facility. To gain access to the gym, please email Susana Mendoza for the proper paperwork. Once you have gym access, you don't need to sign up, just show up!
