Deputy Superintendent 

Education: Bachelors of Arts in Communication (Speech)/Elementary Education from University of Texas at Arlington 1995; Master’s Degree in Education from Texas Women’s University 2001; Principal Certification 2002; Superintendent Certification 2015.

Bio: Michelle Ailara has been in education since 1995. She joined Red Oak ISD Curriculum Department in 2010. She served as  Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources beginning in spring of 2017. She was named Deputy Superintendent  in May 2023. Prior to joining Red Oak ISD, she served as an elementary teacher, team leader, Assistant Principal, and a PK-5th Campus Principal.

Michelle has been married to Andrew Ailara since 2001. Andrew retired as a Firefighter with the Lake Worth Fire Department and joined the Fire Department at Lockheed Martin. They have one daughter Kylie.
