LaKesha has worked in public education since 2004. She has served as a second grade teacher, Master Math Teacher/Math Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, Curriculum Coordinator, and now Director of Intervention and Grants. Supporting classrooms and impacting student success is her passion. LaKesha relishes the excitement on a student's face when the spark and love of learning is ignited!

She has been married to Ty since 2001, and they have three wonderful children, two graduates and one who is currently attending Red Oak ISD!
