Tess Domingue has over 15 years of experience working in the field of education, and specifically with those with disabilities. She has been a Child Development Counselor, Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, and most recently served as a Coordinator of Special Education in Cedar Hill ISD. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience with special education and 504 law, policies and procedures, behavioral challenges, psychological conditions, and autism. Tess is a committed learner and advocate for all students.

She is married and has one bonus daughter and several beloved pets. Tess is excited to join Red Oak ISD, and serve in the community in which she resides.
