Prior to working in Red Oak ISD, Mrs. Brown was an Executive Assistant to the CFO and the General Counsel at the corporate office for a commercial real estate firm in downtown Dallas.  Mrs. Brown has worked for Red Oak ISD since 2008, where she currently serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent of District Operations.  

The District Operations Department involves responsibilities relating to student safety, Student Handbook and Code of Conduct, student transfer policy, facilities, and growth within the district.

Mrs. Brown is married and has two sons who graduated from Red Oak High School and were active in baseball and soccer.  Currently, they are busy with careers as a Firefighter/Paramedic and an Architect.  Mrs. Brown also enjoys spending time with her grandsons.
