Mrs. Amanda Hall
Hey y'all!
My name is Amanda Hall, and I am one of the Diagnosticians for ROHS. I graduated with my Bachelor in Arts in Sociology/Gerontology in 2015 from Stephen F Austin State University (Axe 'Em Jacks!) and worked as a mental health clinician for 3.5 years. I then started teaching in 2019 and experienced a global shut-down in my first year of teaching. After four years in the classroom, I became an ARD Facilitator while finishing my program to become a Diagnostician. I graduated with my Master of Education in Special Education to become an Educational Diagnostician in May 2024.
Between graduating in 2015 and 2024, I gained three dogs, one cat, and married my extremely extroverted husband. We moved to the area during the summer of 2024, and we absolutely love living in the DFW area after growing up in small towns in Deep East Texas.
Fun fact about me: Being in education is practically genetic for me. My dad is an Agriculture teacher, and he has several cousins that are teachers, principals, and counselors. My aunt on the other side is a retired diagnostician and another aunt is a retired teacher. I have five cousins who are also teachers and one who is a diagnostician. We LOVE public education!
