Mr. Wood is a student-focused educator. His goal as an educator is to help students find their way to happiness with the help of music. Mr. Wood's education is through Baylor University (BME) and the University of Texas-Arlington (MA). He has been a public school teacher since 2000. Through his many years of teaching his bands have received numerous UIL awards, played for presidents, and even have been in commercials. Mr. Wood lives with his wife, Ashely, and their two daughters, Avery & Ella, in Red Oak.
