Hello!  My name is Angela Thomas and I have been teaching since 2003 and at Red Oak High School since 2013. I  am originally from Killeen, TX and am a graduate of Baylor University (School of Education B.S. Ed 2003).

I LOVE teaching psychology!  I am excited for my students to learn about the mind and all the different things that affect behavior.  In addition to teaching both AP Psychology and Introduction to Psychology, I have also worked for College Board/ETS as an exam grader for the AP Psychology course since 2018.

I am the lead advisor for our Red Oak High School Student Council.  I am passionate about helping to develop our student leaders!  Our council has received Sweepstakes awards and recognition as an Outstanding Student Council by the Texas Association of Student Councils each year that I have served as advisor.  We have also received National Gold Council of Excellence recognition from the National Association of Student Councils.  I have served multiple terms on the TASC District 3 Executive Board, as well as a term on the TASC State Executive Board.  (Visit our Student Council webpage in the "Organizations" section of the ROHS page)

I have tutoring times available before school (7:40-8:10)  Tuesday thru Friday.  After school times available upon request.
