As I go into my 18th year of education, I am most excited about this school year. As an instructional coach in the district, this position gives me the opportunity to plan, co-teach and implement strategies for student success alongside colleagues. Since becoming a part of the Red Oak ISD family, I have had the chance to be a part of the Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) and Professional Learning Community (PLC) teams at Red Oak Middle School. The sense of family and genuine care of Red Oak has for students drives my passion every day. I love to learn from others and be open-minded and non-judgmental. I like to be challenged and really enjoy deep conversations, as well as a good laugh, too. I’m a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. My goal this year is to be a catalyst for collaboration and growth as an instructional coach.
