Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Kimberley O'Donnell and I am the Secondary Math Instructional Coach for Red Oak ISD. Prior to this position, I served for many years as an 8th Grade Math Teacher for ROISD and thoroughly enjoyed experiencing my students reach a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts. I have my Masters in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University and am currently working toward my Doctorate in Learning and Organizational Change through Baylor University. 

I am dedicated to improving the level of student learning on campus as well as leveraging the immense strengths of our teachers. By sharing effective and engaging practices in a collaborative environment, we are able to provide the best possible learning experience for all students to flourish. I am certain this will be our best year yet! GO HAWKS!
