Education:

I graduated from Red Oak High School and then received my Associates degree in Psychology from Navarro College. Afterward, I received my bachelor's degree in English Language Arts and Education from the University of Texas at Arlington. 

About Me:

I am a home grown gal from Red Oak and have been apart of the district since I attended kindergarten at Shield's Elementary School. Red Oak has been an amazing home for me, and I am proud to serve my hometown and its fabulous community who have provided so much for me.

I have a fluffy black and brown cat named Koda and a leopard gecko named Daude. I enjoy visiting with my family who live all over Texas and the United States. I love to write and read books spanning many different genres and time periods. My favorite food of all time is creamy alfredo pasta with crispy or grilled chicken!

I currently teach 8th grade English Language Arts in room 104.
