This year will be my 25th year as a teacher, and I have taught 8th grade U.S. History here at Red Oak Middle School since 2015.  Before coming to the middle school, I taught reading, choir and history at Red Oak Intermediate and at Lancaster Junior High. My husband and I have three children: Amanda is an elementary school counselor in Lindale, TX; Andrew is a UT graduate and works for the city of Allen; and Benjamin is an engineering student at UT Arlington.

My conference period is 12:50-1:40 M-F.
