My name is Aszur Holt, and I am excited about bringing over 12 years of dedicated experience to my role as a specialized learning teacher. Originally hailing from Chicago, IL, my journey in education has taken me from Mississippi to Texas, where I will continue to make a significant impact in my classroom. My educational background includes my Bachelor’s Degree from Mississippi College and a Master’s Degree in Reading Literacy from Belhaven University. I am currently in the final stages of becoming National Board Certified, a testament to my commitment to excellence in education.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am passionate about fostering a love of reading and exploring new places through travel. I value the importance of lifelong learning and seek to inspire the same enthusiasm in my students. Outside the classroom, I am a proud parent to two amazing children, who are a central part of her life. My dedication to both my family and her students reflects my deep commitment to nurturing growth and learning in all aspects of my life.
