I got my B. S. in Biology with a Chemistry minor from UTA, and then my Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from SMU.

I am certified to teach composite science grades 7-12.  I decided to leave the crazy hours and stress of lab work when my son started going to school and I have absolutely loved getting to be a mom and a teacher at the same time.  My son goes to school here in Red Oak and we both really like being hawks!
