Hello ROE Families and Students! 

I am excited to be teaching 5th grade ELAR this year! I graduated from Texas A&M Commerce with the support of my amazing family. I have been married to my husband for 21 years and we have four beautiful children that also attend ROISD. 

I am looking forward to building a lasting partnership for the success of your student, and instilling a longtime passion for reading. My goal is to create a safe, engaging, inclusive, and creative classroom environment. 

When I am not in my classroom, I love traveling and spending time with my family. My passion is teaching, but my second passion is singing. I was a Mariachi singer/musician for many years, and I love to perform. 

This is going to be a great year! Go Hawks!
