My name is Tiffany Duckworth, and I am one of your 3rd grade ELAR teachers. I graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. I have a bachelors degree in elementary education with an emphasis in ESL. I love being a part of the Shields family. I am married and have two children who are currently enrolled in Red Oak ISD. I have one at Shields and the other is at the high school. It is my goal each and every day to make 3rd grade an amazing experience for each of my students. I want them to see their potential and know how smart they are. We are all learning every day, and we all learn in many different ways. It is my job as the teacher to meet those needs and have each of my students grow so they can meet their potential. 

Every child deserves a champion—an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be.
