McMillion, Kerri

Hi, my name is Kerri McMillion and I am a fourth grade math and science teacher. I am married and mom to three boys! We are originally from Lubbock and moved to Red Oak in 2007. My oldest son graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a baseball coach at Navarro Jr. College. My middle son graduated from Texas Tech University and is a strength and conditioning coach. My youngest just graduated from Red Oak High School and will attend Navarro Jr. College. I enjoy spending time with my family watching movies, going to the lake and watching sports. I also love to read, craft, garden, and go antiquing.

I was a paraprofessional in a special education classroom at Red Oak Elementary for 7 years, Eastridge Elementary 1 year, and Schupmann Elementary for 1 semester. I attended Western Governors University and completed my student teaching at Red Oak Middle School and Red Oak Elementary. I consider Red Oak I.S.D my family and home.

I am excited for this school year and look forward to building connections with my students and showing them how to love learning. Our classroom will be a safe and fun environment. We will celebrate the little and big things everyday! I want my students to realize their dreams are ideas and that they can achieve anything!
