Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year!

I am excited about the new school year! We are going to have the best year learning and growing together. My passion is helping students to see they are capable of anything with hard work and determination. 

Recently, I graduated with my Ph.D. in Early Child Development and Education from Texas Woman's University. Also, I received my Masters in Education, Masters in Reading, and Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University-Commerce. I have taught kindergarten, third grade, and fourth grade. This will be an exciting year working with your child to develop their writer's craft, which will be enhanced by their reading skills. Along with an exciting journey into Texas history. My conference time is from 9:00 to 9:50 a.m. each day. 

I am married with two kids. Additionally, we now have a beautiful granddaughter. My husband is a special education teacher and has a huge heart for his students. Our daughter is a nurse and our son is working on developing his career in politics. In our spare time, we enjoy camping and riding our motorcycle.
