So glad you came by to visit my page.  I am starting my 27th year of teaching. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a focus on Math and Early Childhood Education.  I spent 1 year in 2nd grade in another district, then came down to Red Oak.  I have been at Red Oak Elementary ever since.  I was in 1st grade 15 years then moved down to kindergarten for 9 years, spent a year in math pull out and now I am at home with PRE-K!!! Little kids are my passion and my calling.  Each child has their own personality and way of learning. It is my job to figure that out and tap into their passion to learn.  This year I am so excited to get to spend the day with pre-k and work on learning academics but also just how to be at school.

I am married and have 2 boys.  My family is everything to me and we enjoy going on trips together and just spending time together.
