Jovani Allen is a Fort Worth native and Teacher/Coach at Red Oak ISD. He was a former teacher and coach the past 2 years with Dallas ISD. He played college basketball and graduated from Midwestern State University in 2003, with a bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Science. He also does skills training and is an AAU girls basketball coach for the Team Lex Tar Heels organization.

He has a wife and 2 daughters that support and motivate him to be the best.
