Coach Franklin enters her 7^th year coaching and her first year at Red Oak Middle School where she will be the 8^th grade girls’ basketball and track coach. Prior to Red Oak she was at ILTexas Garland HS for four years where she was a Performance Coach (PE) and Head Varsity Volleyball, Varsity Girls Basketball and Softball Coach. She also has experience coaching collegiately at Panola College and Dickinson State University. She received her Bachelors in American Studies from University of Texas San Antonio were she also played basketball collegiately. Franklin also has her MBA in Sports Management & Recreation from University of the Southwest. Her coaching passion has always been to develop young student athletes to the next level.
