Out of an abundance of caution and following COVID protocols after positive tests and several close contact quarantines, the district is canceling all Red Oak High School Boys Basketball activities until Sunday, December 27. This includes varsity, junior varsity, and freshman practices and games.
Only impacted (positive or close contact) boys basketball players who were in-person will transition to virtual learning for the same timeframe. Virtual learners will be provided devices, if needed, through the technology department - email firstname.lastname@example.org for a device check out or log-in assistance. All players are reminded to conduct daily health screenings and follow protocols for any symptoms.
Players should be able to return Monday, December 28 to prepare for district play.
