Welcome to 5th Grade! My name is Taylor Morris and I will be your child's math teacher this year. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Texas and graduated from Jacksonville High School in 2012. I went on to receive my bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University - College Station in Interdisciplinary Studies and graduated in December 2015. I received Wooden Elementary's campus Teacher of the Year Award and Red Oak ISD's Elementary Teacher of the Year Award for the 2020 - 2021 school year. I graduated last August with a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction through Texas A&M University - Commerce. The 2023 - 2024 school year will be my 9th year of teaching and 8th year in 5th grade math. I look forward to working with you and your child throughout this year!
