Advanced Placement Courses

Red Oak High School has been nationally recognized by the Advanced Placement (AP) College Board. AP courses are designed to prepare students for college-level academics. At the conclusion of the course, students are encouraged to take an AP Exam. Scoring well on that exam can earn college credits, saving time and money. Each college has its own standards for accepting AP Exam scores as credits. The College Board website has a link to college policies regarding AP credit and placement.
