Chief Phillip Prasifka joined Red Oak ISD in August 2020. He possesses over 38 years of law enforcement experience, most recently as the Chief of Police in Robinson, TX, since 2017, and 18 years as the Glenn Heights Chief of Police.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, holds a Master Peace Officer certificate from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE), is a TCOLE Instructor, an Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) Instructor, and a graduate of the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas Leadership Command College. He is a member of the Texas Police Chief’s Association, Texas I.S.D. Police Chiefs Association, former member of the Robinson ISD Safety Committee and currently serves as the Chairperson for the Red Oak I.S.D. School Safety and Security Committee.
Chief Prasifka is committed to building and enriching relationships with the Red Oak ISD community, being a visible part of the community, and serving the community with fairness, transparency, and impartiality.
