Sean Kelly was elected in 2023 for a three-year term in Place 5. Mr. Kelly currently serves with the Glenn Heights Fire Department. He is a graduate of Red Oak HS along with his wife Laura, who works in the Technology Department. They have one daughter who graduated from ROHS and one still attending ROHS. He is active with Red Oak Softball and FFA.
