ROISD Board approves STAFF RAISES for 2025-26 school year!
On July 21, the ROISD Board approved raises for teachers based on the 2024-25 salary schedule:
- Teachers with 3-4 years of service = $2,500
- Teachers with 5+ years of service = $5,000
- New starting teacher salary is $57,600
All other full-time, returning staff and teachers with 1-2 years of service will receive a $2,000 salary increase above their salary from last year.
