Hello Students and Families!

I am excited about becoming part of the Wooden family. I retired a few years ago, but missed it so much I decided to come back! I have a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in education. This will be my 26th year in the elementary grades. Most recently, before retiring, I held the position of K-2 Instructional Specialist, but my heart belongs in the classroom. I have two grown children and two furbabies. I am a huge Texas Rangers fan and I enjoy watching Netflix. I love being out in nature, especially riding my bike. I'm looking forward to a wonderful year here at Wooden!
