Biography:

As of 2023, I have spent 13 years working in the education field in middle school through postsecondary teaching roles. 

I am continuing my educational track by working on my EdD focused on reading and literacy. Currently, I am in the doctoral project stage of my journey and expect to graduate in early 2024. 

My son, Jude, is in middle school, and we have two cats and two dogs. Other than working with my amazing students, I love singing, reading, cooking, and kayaking.
