Mr. Rich-Lee has worked for Red Oak ISD from 2022 to the present. He also lives in Red Oak.

Mr. Rich-Lee believes that all students can learn and wants his classroom to be a safe and engaging space where all students can succeed.

He loves teaching math and helping people succeed. His goal is to make math understandable and fun. 

Mr. Rich-Lee is married and has three daughters. All are also in the Hawk community. He enjoys traveling, reading, being involved in the community, and spending time with family.
