My name is Nikki Henry and I have been teaching since 1996.  I am thrilled to have joined the RPS family last January.  

My undergrad and graduate degrees are from Dallas Baptist University. My family moved to Red Oak in 1977 and I began my educational journey at Red Oak Elementary.  During my 1st grade year,  Shields opened their door and I was one of the first students who attended Shields. I believe every student can achieve to their greatest potential with some encouragement, determination, perseverance, and showing them that you truly care would benefit their learning.
