My name is Monica Balderas and I am the new ELAR Instructional Coach at Russell P. Schupmann!  This is the beginning of my 24th year in education.  I taught 1st Grade for 13 years and 4th grade for 5 years.  I have been the Bilingual Instructional Coach at my last district for 5 years.  I love working with both the students and teachers.  My primary focus is to support teachers as they develop and polish the craft of teaching.  I am looking forward to an exciting year!
