Mrs. Beverly Malke
Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Dallas Baptist University
Mrs. Malke has served as a secondary mathematics educator since 1987. She joined the staff at Red Oak High School in 2001. Beverly taught various high school mathematics courses from 1987 until 2013. Among the subjects she has taught are Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Trigonometry, Analytic Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Introduction to College Math, and she taught AP Calculus for many years. She also served as the Math Department Chair from 2008 until 2013. Beginning in the Fall of 2013, Mrs. Malke began providing support for all high school mathematics and science teachers in her position as Instructional Coach, and continues in that role today. Along with her role as an IC at the high school, Mrs. Malke is now supporting 6th grade through 12th grade mathematics and science teachers as the districts Facilitator for Secondary Math and Science.
Bev has been married to her husband, Ed, since 1988. They have two wonderful sons, both whom proudly graduated from Red Oak High School. She loves the time she gets to spend with her family, indoors or out, watching any and all sports, and she enjoys painting for relaxation.
