Who am I? I am the Journalism teacher at Red Oak High School. I also teach Practical Writing and English 2. I have taught in Red Oak since 2016. I love teaching because of the relationships I form with my students and the growth I see in them every year. Teaching is so rewarding when I can see students using the knowledge and skills they've been practicing in the classroom. 

What do I enjoy? I love reading (obviously), writing, cooking, and spending time with my husband! 

How can I be reached? I can be reached by phone or email during school hours. Email is preferred. I am available for conferences from 8:25-9:12 and 1:32-2:19. Tutorial availability: M-Th MORNINGS 7:50am-8:20am; afternoon by appointment only.
