Compensation Plans
ROISD has four main compensation categories - Teacher Hiring Schedule, Administrative/Professional Pay Plan, Paraprofessional/Technical Pay Plan, and Auxiliary Pay Plan.
ROISD pays staff equally by dividing your annual salary over the full year, even if your contract is 10 or 11 months.
