Rise to the Top! Red Oak ISD has amazing students and each grading period campuses will select the TOP HAWKS (one boy and one girl) from their entire school based on the 4 Talons of the Hawk - Academic Readiness/Prepared, GRIT, Character, and Service! These students often exemplify many of the 4 Talons and/or have done a superior job in one particular talon.

 

Each elementary school winner will receive a $25 gift card and each middle school and high school winner will receive a $50 gift card from our monthly sponsor.

NOMINATION AND SELECTION PROCESS:

• Campuses select the winners for each grading period – often from their set grading period awards program.

Top Hawk Student Spotlight winners will be announced after each grading period through the ROISD CommDesk interoffice email, ROISD Facebook & Twitter, Web page, and invited to a Board Meeting with the sponsor to present gift certificates. The announcement will be shared with sponsors.
