Coach Rogers has been the head coach at Red Oak since 2017 after a 9 year run at South Grand Prairie High School.  At SGP his teams punched their ticket to the playoffs in each of his 9 seasons.  In that time, he won 4 district championships, was named the district Coach of the Year 4 times, and had the honor of coaching in the DFW All-Star Game in 2014 and 2015.  His playoff streak of 9 years continued in 2018 as the Lady Hawks improved from 2-12 in district play during 2017 to a record of 8-6 and securing a playoff spot in 2018.  This ended a 3-year playoff drought for the Lady Hawks and the first time that softball has made the playoffs as a 5A school since 1994.  Coach Rogers has also coached 30 athletes that have continued their softball career at the college level and had 70 All-District selections in those years.

Coach Roberts has been the assistant coach at Red Oak since 2018.  She played Softball at Burleson High School

• From 2010-2013 experienced playoff runs each year of high school. (Area Round, Regional Quarter-Finals, Regional Semi-Finals, and Regional Finals)
• 2011 received 1st team All-County honors
• 2012 received 1st Team All-District honors
• 2013 received Defensive MVP honors for District and County
• 2013 named Academic All-State
