Coach Hardwick is a National "C" licensed coach through USSF. He is beginning his 9th year as a Soccer Coach and Teacher. This is his 1st year here in ROISD as the Boys Soccer Coach and World History Teacher at Red Oak High School. Previously, he was the Head Girls Coach at CFBISD - Turner High School, before that the Head Girls Soccer Coach at Corsicana ISD, before that the Head Boys and Girls Soccer Coach at Brownwood ISD and before that the Head Boys Soccer Coach at China Spring ISD. He graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from Howard Payne University. He also had the privilege of being the Assistant Soccer Coach at Howard Payne University for 2 years, one year as the Men's Assistant Coach and the other as the Women's Assistant Coach. Prior to coaching he enjoyed an extensive playing career on the club, high school, and college levels. He is married to his wife Brittany, and has a son named Bryce. He currently lives in Glenn Heights, Texas.
